ISI Hellas considers customer care to be an essential factor for the successful implementation and operational use of our systems by our defense customers. It is therefore our goal to understand our customers' technical and operational requirements and effectively integrate them resulting in the provision of turn key solutions.

That effort would include such services as system engineering, customer/user training, maintenance and after sales-support. These services allow our Greek and international customers to fully utilize our systems in the most cost effective way throughout their life-cycle.

System Engineering and Design

The Company's team of experts offers a complete set of Engineering services, including System Architecture and System Design. By investigating and documenting our customers' existing processes and technologies we are designing the development of the new systems at the lowest possible cost, from feasibility through production.

Integration, Test and Evaluation

The Integration and Test Department of ISI Hellas is staffed with engineers skilled in the art of extracting system requirements and creating the test procedures to validate them. The Company has excellent Integration, Test and Evaluation capabilities, at all system levels. These capabilities are provided both internally and as external services. Areas covered include but are not limited to:

  • Hardware and Software Integration Tests
  • Factory Acceptance Tests
  • On-Site Acceptance Tests
  • Sea Acceptance Tests
  • Flight Tests Acceptance Tests
  • System Performance Evaluation

Customer/User Training

Our team of highly qualified and experienced trainers offers a variety of courses on our delivered systems, ensuring that our customers and the system operators apply their newly acquired technology, knowledge and skills efficiently and understand the benefits of applying this know-how in their every day operations. We also offer training on the Standard Data Links, with regard to employment, operation, message sets and network topology.

ISI Hellas achieves this by offering comprehensive training courses and material for the respective systems. Courses include theory, practical exercises and maximize the interaction between the trainer and the trainees.

Maintenance

ISI Hellas's technical support infrastructure is fully equipped, assuring the proper and uninterrupted operation of all our systems. Throughout the systems' guarantee and life-cycle periods, ISI Hellas offers the following services:
