ISI considers customer care to be an essential factor for the successful implementation and operational use of our systems by our international defense customers.

It is therefore our goal to understand our customers' technical and operational requirements and effectively integrate them resulting in the provision of turn-key solutions.

                 

That effort would include such services as System Engineering and Design, Integration, Verification and Evaluation, Customer/User Training, Maintenance and Follow-on Support.

These services allow our customers to fully utilize our systems in the most cost effective way throughout their life-cycle.
